How to Book

Follow these steps
1. Visit the Bookings page.
2. Choose between 'Book directly' or Book through Ko-fi.  Ancient Astarwis prefers and recommends booking directly.
3. Send an email with name, email and any relevant info for your booking.

That's it!

Notes: 
Live sessions: For live sessions, a date needs to be arranged. Once arranged, an email confirming the date, time and readings will be sent by email. 
Emailed (written) readings: All emailed readings are sent within 48 hours, but may take up to a week depending on availability. With complete availability, readings are sent within hours.

All done! You will receive your emailed readings and/or experience your live session as expected and arranged.

CAN READINGS BE DONE LIVE / ON A VIDEOCALL?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most readings can be done live too. Check the reading you want to book to know if that option is available. Whether you prefer a written e-mailed reading or a videocall, specify it on your message.

CAN I BOOK SEVERAL READINGS AT ONCE?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can choose as many readings as you want and arrange different time and dates for them to be done live or sent through e-mail (depending on specifications of each reading). You may also choose to have two or more (depending on length) consecutive readings on the same videocall.

WHAT'S THE DURATION OF MY SESSION?

Each session has a different duration, which you can check in the Bookings section. This duration is approximate and may be subject to changes.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are only offered if the reading isn't sent within the expected time frame. 
Rescheduling the reading or selecting a different one up to two times is permitted.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

These are the options currently available:
· PayPal
·  Ko-fi: accepts credit/debit cards/PayPal (no fees)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WRITTEN READING?

Emailed readings are normally sent within the first 72 hours, except in the cases of Full/New Moon specials (which are sent within 4 hours).

CAN I PURCHASE A READING AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can purchase any of the available services as a gift for someone else. Once you choose the reading(s) you want to gift, send an email with your preferences filling the form that's on the Readings page and book the readings. The readings will be sent timely to the address(es) you wish.
